Deposit Guide for Beginners: How to Transfer Digital Assets from MEXC to Your Nativ Account
Step 1: Register/Login with Your MEXC Account
Open MEXC app/website
On the top left, press on the profile icon to Sign up/Log In
Press “Log In”
Create an MEXC account if you are a first-timer here.
For old users, proceed to log in to MEXC via a registered mobile phone number, email, Google account, or Telegram. The app is available on both PC and smartphones.
It is strongly recommended that you always add biometric and 2FA authentication for additional safety for your account.
The app will prompt the user to verify themselves to prove they are not a bot or spammer by using a puzzle quiz.
When completed the quiz on time, users will be able to see the main screen.
Note: We cannot take screenshots of the login page due to the security policy of MEXC.

Step 2: Generate an Address in Nativ for Receiving Cryptocurrency
Open the Nativ app (Available on both Android and iOS).
Press ‘Deposit’
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit to Nativ, in this case, we’ll choose the USDT.
Select the blockchain network that you want to send them through. (This selection of network ‘MUST MATCH’ with what you select on Gate.io, including any platforms where you withdraw your crypto).
Note: most of the time TRC-20 will cost less fees than ERC-20 network.
Copy the address for receiving cryptocurrency into Nativ.
You can also save the QR code image and use it in the supported platform, including Gate.io (The QR code will display the same address that you copy).
Get ready to transfer!
Step 3: Withdraw USDT from MEXC to Your Nativ Account
Only a few simple steps left to be a crypto ‘Nativ’, hang tight.
In the MEXC app, go to ‘Wallets’ tab on the bottom right then press ‘Withdraw’.
For the first time, it will recommend you to set up a gesture password to enhance the security of your account. However, you can choose to skip this step, but it is not recommended.
Choose the coin you want to withdraw (Same coin you select in Nativ)— USDT in this case.
It will display the 'Withdrawal risk' to remind users of the potential risks associated with withdrawing funds. Please read all the information and check the box after understanding the agreement. Then press 'Confirm' to proceed.
Paste the address you have copied from Nativ in the address box (Or press the scan button to use the QR code image/scan).
Under ‘Withdrawal Network’, choose the corresponding blockchain network that you have chosen in Nativ from the drop-down list.
You can compare the estimated gas fee on this page.
Nativ currently supports ERC-20 and TRC-20 as of this writing. More networks will be available soon.
WARNING: Choosing the wrong network will result in the loss of your crypto forever. Be careful at this step.
Input the amount you want to withdraw from MEXC to Nativ
Fill in the "Withdrawal remark" field to provide a memo that helps you identify the transaction. You can leave it blank if you prefer.
Check all the details including address, network, amount to send, and network fee.
Press ‘Confirm’ when ready to proceed.
It will display tips that remind users to double-check whether the network is supported on the destination platform. Press 'Confirm' to proceed.
MEXC will guide you to double-check the address, network, amount to send, and network fee again. Press 'Confirm Withdrawal' to proceed.
You will have to enter both a 6-digit email verification code and an authenticator app in order to proceed with withdrawal. This is the final process to withdraw funds. No turning back here.
Voila! Your cryptos from MEXC are on their way to Nativ. Please wait some time for block confirmation on the blockchain network. (When a block is confirmed, you will see your funds immediately in Nativ. No extra process is needed from our side).
