Deposit Guide for Beginners: How to Transfer Digital Assets from Trust Wallet to Your Nativ Account
You can follow the below steps to transfer Digital Assets from Trust Wallet and send it to your Nativ Wallet.
Step 1: Generate an Address in Nativ for Receiving Cryptocurrency
Open the Nativ app (Available in both Android and iOS).
Press ‘Deposit’
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit to Nativ, in this case, we’ll choose the USDT.
Select the blockchain network that you want to send them through. (This selection of network ‘MUST MATCH’ with what you select on Trust Wallet, including any platforms where you withdraw your crypto).
Note: most of the time TRC-20 will cost less fees than ERC-20 network.
Copy the address for receiving cryptocurrency into Nativ.
You can also save the QR code image and use it in the supported platform, including Trust Wallet (The QR code will display the same address that you copy).

Step 2: Withdraw Cryptocurrency from Trust Wallet to Nativ
To safely and quickly withdraw cryptocurrencies and other digital assets from Trust Wallet, follow these steps:
Open the Trust Wallet app: Open Trust Wallet on the desired device and log into an account. This can be done via password, seed phrase, or biometric scanning to view the wallet’s stored assets.
Choose a cryptocurrency: Select the digital coin or token to be withdrawn. Trust Wallet will display all of its stored cryptocurrencies value at the top of the app. Simply click on the digital asset to be withdrawn, In this case, we will choose USDT (TRC-20). This will bring up a page with “Send”, “Receive”, the wallet balance, and transaction history. Click “Send” to bring up the transaction box.
Nativ currently supports ERC-20 and TRC-20 as of this writing. More networks will be available soon.
WARNING: Choosing the wrong network will result in the loss of your crypto forever. Be careful at this step.
Note: This method (TRC-20) needs a small amount of TRX to use as a gas fee.
Fill in the withdrawal details: Next, fill out the withdrawal details from Nativ (Or press the scan button to use the QR code image/scan). This includes the recipient's address and the amount to be transferred. Then, select “Continue” at the top right of the Trust Wallet app to review the withdrawal.
Confirm the transaction: Double-check the recipient’s address, estimated gas, withdrawal network and amount to be sent. If unsure, it’s a good idea to send a test (small) amount of crypto the first time. Review the transaction and confirm it to complete the withdrawal process.
Note: Once the transaction is confirmed, it is irreversible, and any errors could result in a loss of funds. Therefore check everthings carefully.
That's it! Your cryptos from Trust Wallet are on their way to Nativ. Please wait some time for block confirmation on the blockchain network. (When a block is confirmed, you will see your funds immediately in Nativ. No extra process is needed from our side).
